Denise returned to real estate in 2003 after having sold co-ops and condos in New York City back in the early 80's. A former ballerina from Boston and New York City, Denise then held her real estate license with Realty Consultants of New York on Madison Ave. She and her husband, Al Rummel, moved to Key West FL in the mid 80's, where Al worked with several nationally known real estate franchises before they decided to make Maine their permanent home in 2001. In 2003 the couple purchased Due East Real Estate - opening in Lubec in May of that year and Eastport the following December.
We cover the "unspoiled" waterfront of Washington County, the easternmost county in the United States. From Eastport to Machias, from Calais to Lubec, Due East Real Estate represents the finest properties. Whether you are looking to buy or sell an oceanfront estate on the rock bound coast, a seasonal getaway on Meddybemps or Cathance Lake, or an affordable home in the quiet towns and historic villages that line picturesque Cobscook Bay ... Whiting, Dennysville, Pembroke, & Perry - we can help you.
My goal, here at Due East, is to gain your respect and trust so you feel comfortable from the first moment you walk in the door until the sale is completed. Throughout my years of experience, my best advertising has come from the new friends I have made, recommending me to their family and friends.
If I'm not out listing and selling, you can usually find me at our brand new Lubec office overlooking scenic Johnson's Bay. |
