Mike served as a buyer's agent when I decided to look for a house in Eastport. I met him as a referral from the agency the I was using to sell my house in a different state at the same time. So, it started out as kind of a blind date.

I was purchasing my fourth house, so I had a pretty good idea of what was involved and of the importance of the agent in the process. This was especially so because I did not know much about the town and surrounding area and was on a somewhat tight timeline.  Well, I couldn't have would up in better hands.

Mike was very respectful of my circumstance and interests, more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. This was not always easy because I didn't always know enough of the town to know what I wanted. Mike's patience and willingness to help were inexhaustible.

Mike gave me sound advice, presented the pros and cons of each property, and thew in a good bit of local  history and lore as we went along.

In short, he was always on my side working to make my house purchase as  successful as possible. His forthrightness and concern for the best outcome for me turned an often trudging effort into a treasure hunt. I would recommend him to anyone.
